PAST PROJECTS

Thanks to our team, we have been fortunate to participate in many fascinating projects that have contributed to the development of our San Antonio community. Here are some of our award-winning projects – along with the challenges faced and their resolution.

COSA SE SERVICE CENTER

The City of San Antonio City Council developed the concept for a Service Center Master Plan vision for FY 2020, which consisted of consolidating the existing service centers throughout the City into one of four locations in each quadrant of the City. The ultimate goal for these service centers was to help with the maintenance of public services in an effort to provide the best quality of life for the city's residents.

BOTANICAL GARDENS

The City of San Antonio is no stranger to its many attractions and unique sites that make our community one of the most visited areas in the entire United States. While some of our city’s most widely known attractions such as the Alamo, Sea World, and Six Flags have remained popular destinations for decades, the San Antonio Botanical Center has continued to flourish as an alternative for visitors seeking a more tranquil experience.

SOUTHWEST HIGH SCHOOL

Out the 19 independent school districts in the San Antonio area, the Southwest Independent School District (Southwest ISD) is the 6th largest in Bexar County and serves almost 14,000 students.

There were a variety of challenges posed by the Southwest High School project, namely the fact that the facility remained operational during the school year and beyond, which required the team to plan for executing a majority of the work to be performed over the Summer break and Christmas holiday. The project itself was phased over a 15-month period and Central Electric crews worked 14+ hour days over the Christmas break and utilized over 35 electricians.
